Nelofir Shaber
Lecturer
M.Phil in Applied Linguistics
Nelofir Shaber is an M.Phil From Government College University Faisalabad in Applied Linguistics and got first position in the coursework. Her corpus based research focuses on collocational features of Pakistani learners' English.She is currently working as lecturer, Department of English University of Okara, Pakistan. She joined University of Okara in 2010 on contractual basis and in 2014 she got permanent place at the University of OKara in Department of English. Prior to her induction at the University of Okara, she was working as lecturer in a private college. Her academic interests include Syntax, Systemic Functional Linguistics, Applied Linguistics, World Englishes and Corpus Linguistics. Besides teaching and research, she has held several administrative posts also. She is a member of Board of Studies Department of English and coordinator of BS (Hons) English Morning Programs. She is Departmental incharge QEC Incharge FAID and incharge student affairs.
